All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, approximately 60 minutes in length. Each session includes roughly 30 minutes of coaching on your chosen topic and 30 minutes of energy clearing work.
Life happens! Please give 24 hours advance notice to reschedule. You can reach Carolyn at 908-344-7979 or admin@spiritualfitness.coach. A $40 no-show fee applies to missed sessions without notice.
Absolutely! You can upgrade from Radiant to Magnetic or Luminous at any time — you only pay the difference between what you've paid and the new program price.
All purchases are non-refundable. Carolyn is deeply committed to your transformation and will show up fully for every session. In return, she asks for the same commitment from you.
